5. 十四日換貨保證（直接購買）5. Fourteen-Day Exchange Guarantee (Direct Purchases)

5.1 適用渠道。本保證僅適用於直接向 OmniOcean Innovation Ltd 購買的 JELLYFISH Air Gap Hair Dryer AGD100 香港行貨。若你經授權零售商、HKTVmall 或其他渠道購買，退換安排請按售出商戶或平台的政策辦理。凡經香港代理商或香港授權零售商購買的香港行貨，不論屬哪一個授權渠道，均同樣享有一年香港代理保養；平行進口產品及經非授權銷售商取得的產品則不在保養範圍之內。 5.1 Channel scope. This guarantee applies only to units purchased directly from OmniOcean Innovation Ltd. If you purchased from an authorised retailer, HKTVmall or another channel, please follow that merchant's or platform's own return policy. The one-year Hong Kong distributor warranty applies to Hong Kong edition units bought through any authorised channel; parallel imports and units from unauthorised sellers are not covered.

5.2 期限。由實際簽收或取貨日期起計十四 (14) 個曆日內，以有有效文件證明的較後日期為準。 5.2 Period. Fourteen (14) calendar days from the actual date of delivery or collection, whichever is later, as verified by valid documentation.

5.3 補救方式。若產品在上述期限內出現功能性問題（物料或製造工藝缺陷），或本公司送出型號、顏色有誤，本公司將直接更換全新產品，無須經過檢修程序。本保證的補救方式為換貨，不設「不滿意退款」或無理由退貨。期限屆滿後，相關情況按一年有限保養處理（保養以維修為優先補救）。
若產品確有缺陷，你根據《貨品售賣條例》（第 26 章）享有的權利不受影響；我們提供直接換新機，是希望比法定補救更快、更方便。 5.3 Remedy. If, within the above period, the product exhibits a functional defect in materials or workmanship, or the Company has supplied the wrong model or colour, the Company will supply a brand-new replacement unit directly, without the usual inspection and repair process. The remedy under this guarantee is exchange; it does not offer "change of mind" refunds or no-reason returns. After the period expires, such matters are handled under the one-year limited warranty, under which repair is the primary remedy.
Where a product is genuinely defective, your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) are unaffected. Direct exchange is offered because it is faster and more convenient than the statutory remedy.

5.4 產品狀態。已拆封及已使用的產品同樣適用。申請時須交回主機、全部隨附配件及原包裝盒。 5.4 Condition. Opened and used units are eligible. The main unit, all supplied accessories and the original packaging must be returned.

5.5 不適用情形。(a) 人為損壞、跌落、入水、自行拆解或改裝；(b) 純外觀刮痕而不影響功能；(c) 因髮質、造型效果或個人喜好不符而要求更換；(d) 未能提供有效購買證明；(e) 經檢測未發現功能性問題者。 5.5 Exclusions. (a) Accidental damage, drops, liquid ingress, dismantling or modification; (b) cosmetic marks that do not affect function; (c) requests based on hair type, styling results or personal preference; (d) inability to provide valid proof of purchase; (e) units found on inspection to have no functional fault.

5.6 申請方法。經 WhatsApp 2663 0077 或電郵 sales@omniocean.com.hk 提出，並提供購買證明及產品序號。本公司安排順豐上門取件，來回運費由本公司承擔。每部產品限使用本保證一次；更換產品的保養期為原產品餘下保養期，或按保養條款第 5 條享有的較長期間，以較長者為準。 5.6 How to claim. Contact us on WhatsApp at 2663 0077 or by email at sales@omniocean.com.hk with your proof of purchase and serial number. SF Express collection will be arranged and the Company bears delivery charges in both directions. This guarantee may be used once per unit; a replacement unit is covered for the remaining period of the original warranty or such longer period as provided under clause 5 of the warranty terms, whichever is longer.

5.7 法定權利。本保證為額外提供的商業承諾，不排除、限制或影響消費者根據香港法例享有的任何權利或補救。 5.7 Statutory rights. This guarantee is an additional commercial commitment and does not exclude, restrict or affect any rights or remedies available to consumers under the laws of Hong Kong.
