1. 適用範圍1. Scope

本私隱政策適用於 OmniOcean Innovation Ltd（「本公司」）透過本網站（包括保養登記表格）、電郵及 WhatsApp 與你溝通時所收集的個人資料。 This policy applies to personal data collected by OmniOcean Innovation Ltd (the "Company") through this website (including the warranty registration form), by email, and over WhatsApp.

2. 收集的資料2. Data we collect

• 保養登記：姓名、電話、購買日期、購買渠道、產品序號及購買單據副本（均為必填）；電郵及直接促銷同意屬自願提供。 Warranty registration: name, phone number, purchase date, retailer, product serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase (all required); email and marketing consent are voluntary.
• 訂購及查詢：你經 WhatsApp 或電郵提供的姓名、聯絡資料、送貨地址及訂單內容。 Orders and enquiries: name, contact details, delivery address and order details you provide over WhatsApp or email.
• 本網站為靜態網站，不設帳戶系統，亦不使用追蹤 Cookies。網站寄存服務商或會基於保安及運作需要記錄一般技術資料（如 IP 位址）。 This is a static website with no account system and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes.
• 保安驗證：保養登記表格使用 Google reCAPTCHA 防止自動程式濫用。使用該功能時，Google 會收集有限的裝置及使用資料（例如 IP 位址、瀏覽器資料及互動行為），並受 Google 私隱政策及服務條款約束。本公司不會收到你在 reCAPTCHA 內的互動內容。 Security verification: the warranty registration form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. When it is used, Google collects limited device and usage data (such as IP address, browser information and interaction signals), subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The Company does not receive your interactions within the reCAPTCHA widget.

3. 收集目的3. Purposes

• 建立及管理產品保養紀錄，核實保養資格；Creating and managing product warranty records and verifying warranty eligibility;
• 處理訂單、安排送貨、檢查、維修及其他售後服務；Processing orders and arranging delivery, inspection, repair and other after-sales services;
• 回覆查詢及就上述事宜與你聯絡；Responding to enquiries and contacting you about the above;
• 在取得你明確同意的情況下，向你傳送新產品資訊及推廣優惠（見第 5 節）；Sending you news and promotional offers, where you have given explicit consent (see section 5);
• 遵守適用法律及監管要求。Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

4. 資料轉移4. Data transfer

你的個人資料可能於有需要時提供予以下類別的接收方，並僅限於相關用途所需的範圍： Your personal data may, where necessary, be provided to the following classes of recipients, only to the extent required for the relevant purpose:

• 本公司的授權售後服務代理及產品製造商（保養、維修及品質改善用途）；The Company's authorised after-sales service agents and the product manufacturer (for warranty, repair and quality-improvement purposes);
• 物流及速遞服務供應商（送貨及收發維修品）；Logistics and courier providers (for delivery and repair shipments);
• 為本公司提供網站寄存、表格處理及通訊服務的服務供應商；Service providers supplying website hosting, form processing and communication services to the Company;
• 在法律要求或許可的情況下的執法機關或監管機構。Law-enforcement agencies or regulators where required or permitted by law.

5. 直接促銷5. Direct marketing

本公司只會在取得你明確同意後，才將你的個人資料用於直接促銷。你可在保養登記表格剔選同意接收；不剔選不會影響你的保養權益或任何其他服務。 The Company will use your personal data for direct marketing only with your explicit consent. You may give consent by ticking the relevant box on the warranty registration form; declining does not affect your warranty or any other service.

如你已同意，本公司會使用你的姓名、電話及電郵，以電郵、電話、短訊或即時通訊方式，向你傳送本公司代理的個人護理及家居電器產品的新產品資訊、推廣優惠及活動消息。本公司不會將你的個人資料提供予第三方作促銷用途，亦不會出售你的個人資料。 Where consent has been given, the Company will use your name, phone number and email to send you information about new products, promotional offers and events for the personal-care and home-appliance products it distributes, by email, phone, SMS or instant messaging. The Company will not provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes, and will not sell your personal data.

你可隨時免費要求停止接收直接促銷，方法是電郵 sales@omniocean.com.hk；本公司收到要求後會停止使用你的資料作直接促銷用途。 You may opt out of direct marketing at any time free of charge by emailing sales@omniocean.com.hk; upon receiving your request the Company will cease using your data for direct marketing.

6. 保存期6. Retention

保養登記資料一般會保存至相關產品保養期完結後不超過 24 個月，或法律要求的較長期間，其後會被安全刪除或銷毀。 Warranty registration data is generally retained for no more than 24 months after the relevant warranty period ends, or such longer period as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed.

7. 保安7. Security

本公司採取合理可行的步驟保護個人資料，防止未經授權的查閱、處理或刪除，包括限制資料存取權限及使用具信譽的服務供應商。 The Company takes reasonably practicable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, processing or erasure, including restricting access and using reputable service providers.

8. 查閱及改正8. Access and correction

你有權查閱及改正本公司持有關於你的個人資料。請電郵 sales@omniocean.com.hk 提出要求；本公司可就處理查閱要求收取合理費用。 You have the right to access and correct personal data the Company holds about you. Requests may be made by email to sales@omniocean.com.hk; a reasonable fee may be charged for processing an access request.

9. 政策修訂9. Changes to this policy

本公司可不時修訂本政策，最新版本及生效日期以本頁公佈為準。 The Company may amend this policy from time to time; the latest version and its effective date are as published on this page.
